A hospitatlity company has an open position for a Remote Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting Vice President.

Must be able to:

  • Conduct oversight and be responsibile for periodic reports to the SEC
  • CollaboratEwith Investor Relations on earnings releases and related materials
  • Review of other financial related information, which may include debt and lease compliance

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
  • 10+ years of technical accounting and SEC reporting experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of Big 4
  • CPA license
