Job Summary
A financial services provider has a current position open for a Remote Financial Senior Commercial Loan Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review and process loan servicing requests and ensure timely and accurate processing
- Prepare, review and lead the loan closing process
- Liaising with and developing excellent relationship with the outside servicer
Position Requirements Include:
- 3 years experience in a financial services setting with 1 year experience as a Loan Administrator in a financial setting
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Previous experience in Mortgage Warehouse Lending
- Basic knowledge of accounting and loan operations
- Knowledge of structure, products, policies and procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
