Job Summary
A multi-faceted financial agency has a current position open for a Remote Financial Senior Product Manager in Des Moines.
Must be able to:
- Manage the discovery and feature backlog
- Build an effective product management practice to ensure efficient and successful delivery
- Collaborate with technology teams to onboard new product practices to improve operation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, plus at least 10 years business or product management experience
- Past experience partnering with technology teams and supporting technology products
- Ability to optimize products within a portfolio (create vision and market that vision)
- Experience to develop and mature a product, create product strategy
- Experience working in an agile, scrum environment
- Superb communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and influence business partners
