Job Summary

A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Financial Service Representative I.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing an excellent quality experience while answering phone calls from customers
• Responding to customer emails
• Providing service related to Mainspring Managed service

Qualifications Include:

• Associate’s degree
• Series 6 or 7, and the Series 63, within 90 days of your date of hire
• Full understanding of the various retirement product lines and IRS rules regarding retirement plans
• Demonstrated professional demeanor communicating via phone and email
• Ability to take appropriate action or provide appropriate information in a limited timeframe
• Ability to retain and effectively communicate specific details/provisions of retirement plans/products
