Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Remote Financial Services Account Executive.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Creating a culture of sales activities daily
• Establishing a network of brokers and banks
• Managing Credit and Appraisal Risk

Required Skills:

• Ability to represent the company in the local territory
• Proven track record of successful mortgage loan business development
• Thoroughly understand FNMA/FMLMC, FHA/VA, and USDA lending guidelines
• Understand all facets of a real estate transaction
• 2+ years’ experience originating loans in a wholesale environment
