A financial services and insurance agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Financial Services and Insurance Quality Assurance Leader.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying and evaluating quality standards, measurements, and process improvements
- Recommending and facilitating policy and procedural changes
- Designing, directing, and executing quality assurance/control programs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum
- 8 or more years progressive operations or process experience
- 4 years of quality assurance, control or quality improvement experience
- Expert knowledge and experience in analyzing data, identifying trends, and influencing decisions
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory laws and best practices
