Job Summary
A financial services and investment firm is in need of a Remote Financial Services and Investment Trust Business Support Team Leader.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Directing work through project leadership, report creation and maintenance, and data management
- Directing a team of specialists helping to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business line
- Serving as a functional owner for key department applications and data components
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Deep project management experience, leading complex projects to successful completion
- 10+ years of experience in a financial services environment or relevant technical and/or system experience required
- Proven ability to communicate complex details effectively
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn/help refine internal and external processes and procedures associated with department functions
- Understanding of regulatory environment and ability to reach appropriate conclusions in best interest of clients and firm
- Well-established relationship management expertise and client-first mindset
