Job Summary
A full-service bank and national mortgage originator is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Financial Services Business Partner Advocate 1.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring customer(s) pipeline(s) on a proactive basis
- Aggregating information to share with the customer
- Responding to customer initiated needs via phone and email correspondence
Skills and Requirements Include:
- HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent
- Detailed understanding of mortgage regulatory and compliance guidelines
- Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
- Knowledge of the mortgage process
