Job Summary
A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Financial Services Client Relationship Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data
- Managing strong relationships with each client, advisor, CPA, and outside TPA
- Responding to all client phone calls and emails within 24 hours
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience in the retirement plan industry
- Excellent understanding of plan administration, compliance testing and pension law
- Strong computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable working with numbers
- Commitment to ongoing retirement industry related education
- Willing to work overtime as needed
