Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Financial Services Client Services Account Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a queue of cases and responding within a defined time frame
- Developing a basic understanding of retirement plans, specifically 401(k) Plans
- Obtaining and analyzing documents submitted by clients for accuracy
