Remote Financial Services Client Success Manager

Job Summary

A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Financial Services Client Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Owning a book of business and steering the growth of those clients
• Steering and implementing scalable processes/procedures within the CS department
• Managing the feedback loop which ensures our clients’ priorities are understood

Qualifications for this position include:

• Experience working in a client success/customer service type role
• Demonstrable experience engaging clients as stakeholders on business relationships
• Awesome communication, presentation, and problem solving abilities
• Ability to translate data into business insights
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
