Job Summary
A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Financial Services Client Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning a book of business and steering the growth of those clients
- Steering and implementing scalable processes/procedures within the CS department
- Managing the feedback loop which ensures our clients’ priorities are understood
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience working in a client success/customer service type role
- Demonstrable experience engaging clients as stakeholders on business relationships
- Awesome communication, presentation, and problem solving abilities
- Ability to translate data into business insights
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
