A financial services provider is seeking a Remote Financial Services Compliance Head in San Francisco.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leading projects to set up partnerships between startups and banks
• Managing compliance oversight
• Facilitating testing of policies and procedures to maintain compliance

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance at a financial services company or a FinTech startup
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of consumer protection laws and regulations
• Proven ability to coordinate across departments and functions
• Ability to build technical processes and work with Product, Marketing, and Operations
• Proven ability to draft procedures and evaluate internal controls
• Strong communication skills
