Job Summary
A leading provider of CRM platform services is in need of a Remote Financial Services CSG Marketing Cloud Engagement Manager .
Must be able to:
- Act as Subject Matter Expert related to the proposed solution and client needs
- Manage multiple strategic clients simultaneously
- Ensure that engagements conclude with fully satisfied clients that are willing to be references for new potential clients
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years’ operating in a pre-sales environment, shaping and scoping large and complex implementation projects
- 8+ years’ experience delivering consulting services, including team leadership and active involvement in selling professional services
- 5+ years of enterprise-level project or program management experience
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud standard Data Objects or equivalent CRM experience
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
