Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Financial Services Customer Service Account Executive.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Penetrating new organizations/accounts
- Leveraging the challenger selling principles for Customer Service Engagement
- Working and selling with Partners on Customer Service Engagement opportunities
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 8-10+ years’ selling CRM and contact center applications to large scale enterprises
- Deep understanding of the call center/customer service industry
- Extensive knowledge of the contact center including KPI’s, buyer pain points
