Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Financial Services Customer Service Quality Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Monitoring accuracy, timeliness and efficiency of service transitions
Regularly auditing the work within the teams for accuracy
Providing support to other teams as needed

Qualifications Include:

Associates degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 0-1 years customer service experience
Ability to adapt to changing processes
Strong PC skills, including use of MS Office products, Outlook, AWD, Encor and CK4
