Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Financial Services Customer Service Quality Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Monitoring accuracy, timeliness and efficiency of service transitions
  • Regularly auditing the work within the teams for accuracy
  • Providing support to other teams as needed

Qualifications Include:

  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 0-1 years customer service experience
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes
  • Strong PC skills, including use of MS Office products, Outlook, AWD, Encor and CK4
