Job Summary
An integrated health system is in need of a Remote Financial Services Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Identify and correct billing errors and insurance discrepancies
- Identify and resolve insurance set up errors to facilitate accurate and timely billing and payment processing
Skills and Requirements Include:
- One year customer service experience required
- General computer knowledge related to Microsoft Office applications
- Notary certification may be required
