Job Summary
A business process outsourcing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Financial Services Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as key client contact in the overall service relationship
- Handling and taking ownership of queries
- Driving process improvements within customer engagement framework
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
- 2 years’ experience in customer service (preferably for a financial institution)
- Knowledge of or an interest in digital asset markets
