A financial services and products company has an open position for a Remote Financial Services Customer Service Representative I.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to customer inquiries with timely and accurate information
- Following all documented processes/workflow to enhance customer service
- Utilizing resources and tools to accurately respond to customer inquiries
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Demonstrated customer service experience and/or experience in a customer service-oriented environment
- Strong customer service orientation with demonstrated commitment to meet/exceed customer needs
- Ability to maintain reliable and predictable attendance
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be located in Eastern and Central Standard
