A consumer finance company is in need of a Remote Financial Services Customer Service Specialist in Tacoma.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Professionally handling incoming client requests via phone
- Handling all client inquiries and education them on services
- Working with other departments as client advocates to ensure resolution
