A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Financial Services Customer Service Teammate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Confidently answering phone calls, emails and messages from customers and work to resolve their queries
• Proactively recommending and educating the customer about features and benefits of products
• Providing consistent feedback regarding overall customer satisfaction, tools and processes

Required Skills:

• Strong written (email/messaging) communication utilizing proper grammar and punctuation
• Well developed sense of urgency and follow-through
• Ability to work independently while making sound business decisions on customer cases
• 12+ months customer service experience
