Job Summary
A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Financial Services Customer Success Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Documenting, tracking, and supporting the daily functioning and operations
- Digging deeper to understand your customers
- Building relationships and navigating internal teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2-5 years of experience working in Sales Operations, Business Development, or Account Management
- Strong skill-set working with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to add strategic value to the team by identifying opportunities to drive business
- Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to take ownership of analytical projects
