Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Financial Services Customer Success Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Documenting, tracking, and supporting the daily functioning and operations
  • Digging deeper to understand your customers
  • Building relationships and navigating internal teams

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2-5 years of experience working in Sales Operations, Business Development, or Account Management
  • Strong skill-set working with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to add strategic value to the team by identifying opportunities to drive business
  • Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to take ownership of analytical projects
