A company that allows organizations to manage electronic agreements is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Financial Services Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as thought leader, customer advocate and partner to most strategic customers
- Developing and executing success plans
- Analyzing usage patterns to provide insights and guidance
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 8 years of customer-facing experience managing to successful and proven outcomes
- More than 5 years of SaaS experience
