Job Summary

A financial services and investment firm is in need of a Remote Financial Services Inbound Call Center Associate Client Service Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Proactively follow up on outstanding issues with internal functional areas
  • Handle issues related to: contributions, loans, distributions, enrollment, and payroll support
  • Ensure issues are being resolved

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School Diploma
  • Knowledge of ERISA, DOL and applicable IRS regulations related to retirement plans
  • 0 - 1 year experience in financial services industry
  • FINRA fingerprinting upon hire
