Job Summary

A financial services and investment firm has a current position open for a Remote Financial Services Inbound Phones Senior Beneficiary Services Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Taking 40-50 inbound calls a day, and potentially more during higher call volumes
• Educating parties regarding the steps and process necessary to claim a decedent's account
• Assisting parties with acquiring and completing required forms and documentation

Required Skills:

• FINRA Fingerprinting Required
• High School diploma or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated "self-starter" behavior and a willingness to help others
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor with a focus on empathy and smoothly navigating the claim process with customers is essential
• Consistent adherence to work schedule and punctuality required
