A legal staffing and recruiting firm is filling a position for a Remote Financial Services Interim Marketing Counsel Attorney.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide legal assistance and counsel on upcoming marketing campaigns
  • Provide legal insight and research on customer facing marketing assets
  • Collaborate with legal team members on a refresh of internal legal education materials

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years direct experience advising clients on UDAP or UDAAP related matters
  • 1+ years direct experience (legal or non-legal) working with customer-facing materials
  • Member of the State Bar or in-house certified
