Job Summary
An information technology company is in need of a Remote Financial Services Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as the day-to-day leader and knowledge resource for associates
- Overseeing daily transaction workflow management
- Providing specific direction and implementation for various transaction related training
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of work-related experience or 8 years equivalent work-related experience
- 10 years’ experience within Defined Contribution recordkeeping and administration operational groups
- Experience managing professional individual contributors and/or leading supervisors of a support team
- Experience with multiple DC plan types, plan document provisions, and compliance services
- Experience participating in the interview/selection process
