Job Summary
A financial service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Financial Services Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Serve as the day-to-day leader and knowledge resource for associates on the Transaction Processing team
- Provide specific direction and implementation for various transaction related training
- Develop and execute sound and effective action plans in response to assessment findings
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of work-related experience, OR
- Master’s degree and 4 years of work-related experience, OR
- 8 years equivalent work-related experience
- 10 years’ experience within Defined Contribution recordkeeping and administration operational groups
- Leverage your DC plan experience, plan document provisions, and compliance services
- Assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
