Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Remote Financial Services Operations Supervisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supervising, coaching and directing the activities of the Investor Solutions team
- Monitoingr an ongoing metric system for the team and individual associates
- Providing progress updates and documentation to Management
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of related industry and leadership experience preferred
- Experience in transfer agency or mutual fund client service preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- General understanding of all TA functions
- Computer experience (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
