Job Summary
A software development firm is filling a position for a Remote Financial Services Operations Transaction Processing Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Participating in the interview/selection process, while providing training and mentorship
- Providing specific direction and implementation for various transaction related training
- Leveraging DC plan experience, plan document provisions, and compliance services
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of work-related experience OR
- Master’s degree and 4 years of work-related experience OR
- 8 years equivalent work-related experience
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience within Defined Contribution recordkeeping and administration
- Experience managing professional individual contributors and/or leading supervisors
- Can assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements
