Job Summary
A financial services platform provider has an open position for a Remote Financial Services Principal Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Determine and set quarterly objectives and KPIs to monitor the health of the partnership
- Organize technical and other supporting resources to meet company's needs
- Build deep relationships across company's organization to meet both current and future potential needs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel 1- 2 times a month
- Experience developing and managing executive-level relationships within customer portfolio
- Experience managing complex, multi-million dollar accounts
- At least 10 years experience in customer success, account management or strategic customer-facing consulting roles
- Strong project management experience
- Excellent communication skills, from presentations to negotiations
