Remote Financial Services Product Management Director

Job Summary

A home loan and mortgage provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Financial Services Product Management Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and develop a talented, diverse, equitable and inclusive teams
• Work with cross functional leaders to remove roadblocks
• Create, assess, update, and communicate a clear product vision and strategy

Qualifications Include:

• At least 10 years of experience in product management
• 5 years or more of leadership experience leading product teams
• Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks including SCRUM, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks
• Experience partnering with multiple teams across the organization driving mindful discussions
• Experience and confidence presenting to senior and executive leadership
• Baseline understanding of Cloud technologies inclusive of Azure services
