Job Summary
A financial services institution is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Financial Services Production Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinating productions in a large corporate video and events production facility
- Collaborating with a team of nine, including a creative director, several producers, editors, and operations staff
- Scheduling productions, booking resources, managing invoicing and actualizing budgets for up to 600 projects per year
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years in production coordination
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and to adapt to individual Producer preferences
- Ability to form strong working relationships with staff and freelance production professionals
- Strong understanding of industry-wide video and broadcast booking standard practices
- Ability to manage last-minute and after-hours schedule changes
