Job Summary
A financial services firm is in need of a Remote Financial Services Sales Leader.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Iterate on sales decks and processes
- Monitor reporting on defined daily, weekly and monthly metrics
- Motivate sales team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and leadership
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Two plus years of experience in Software Sales leadership
- Proven analytical skills and ability to communicate information effectively to the team
- Consistent proven track record of over achievement of quota expectations
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills
