Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Financial Services Software Engineering Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop model risk reporting and analytical applications
  • Contribute to an agile development process for continuous iteration and improvement of the technological roadmap
  • Utilize UI/UX best practices to develop applications that delight and inform stakeholders on relevant model risk data

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Skilled in influencing, negotiating, persuading others and resolving conflict
  • Familiarity with mortgage finance
  • Work experience at a large financial services firm (SIFI or GSIB)
  • Proficient written and oral communication skill in delivering complex technical information to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated experience with stakeholder management and interactions with regulatory entities
