Job Summary

A specialty fashion retailer is in need of a Remote Financial Services Specialist in Phoenix.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Entering, reviewing and determining new account applications from multiple channels
• Answering complex inbound account inquiries
• Answering and resolving basic inbound and escalated customer, store and helpline calls

Required Skills:

• High school, GED or vocational school diploma required
• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• Ability to independently apply strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making-skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
