Job Summary
A provider of insurance, banking, and financial solutions is filling a position for a Remote Financial Services Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing all materials to propose, sell and establish new plans
- Interpreting plan provisions, product rules and guidelines
- Providing extraordinary care to our customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school studies
- FINRA Series 6 license preferred, and may be required, based on assigned product
- Four or more years of related work experience,
- Customer service experience
- Ability to research, analyze and solve problems
- Proven decision-making skills necessary for customer contact
