Job Summary
A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Financial Services Team Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage the day to day front-line operation of the team
- Monitor workflow
- Build, execute and improve processes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Series 6 license may be required; must obtain the Series 6 within 90 days of hire
- 5+ years financial services/insurance/investments industry experience
- 2+ years proven people leadership experience
- Previous operational or data processing or case management experience
- Strong ability to work remotely and have a self-starter mentality
