Job Summary
A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Telephonic Intake Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Documenting customer interactions in appropriate system(s)
- Escalating client service issues or concerns to senior team members and/or management
- Maintaining customer confidentiality while complying with privacy regulations
Qualifications Include:
- High School or GED - Minimum Required
- 0 - 1+ Years of general experience
- Ability to perform under stress in cases of emergency, critical or hazardous situations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrates the ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information
- Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements
