Job Summary

A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Financial Small Commercial Operations Manager.

Must be able to:

• Use data to understand what behaviors to coach staff to consistently deliver on objectives
• Drive staff compliance with all THIP policies and procedures
• Train and mentor new or inexperienced managers

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree or
• Equivalent business experience
• 4-5 years applicable experience
• Minimum of 2 years coaching and mentoring experience
• Ability to successfully manage in a structured environment
• Strong skills in all basic computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
