Job Summary

A financial software development firm has an open position for a Remote Financial Software Client Service Specialist II.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring appropriate operating policies and procedures are executed
• Exchanging Network (SEN), FX services, etc
• Answering high volume of calls, emails, and live chats

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs and enterprise software systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
