A software developer is seeking a Remote Financial Software Customer Service Representative in Orlando.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer’s requests
- Booking appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy
- Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school graduate or G.E.D
- Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment is preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
