A financial software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Financial Software Customer Service Representative in Orlando.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering incoming calls and respond to customer's requests
- Booking appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy
- Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors
