Job Summary
A payment technology company has an open position for a Remote Financial Solutions Customer Support Trainer.
Must be able to:
- Develop digital educational material (e.g. videos and manuals)
- Organize classroom-style seminars
- Conduct role-playing activities to develop interpersonal skills
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of experience training adult learners (e.g. college teacher's assistant, support trainer, etc)
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Keynote or other presentation software
- Familiarity with interactive learning activities
- Ability to ensure new hires take on basic support training courses
- Abilitiy to assess the impact of each educational course
- Ability to maintain updated records of training curricula and material
