Job Summary

A payment technology company has an open position for a Remote Financial Solutions Customer Support Trainer.

Must be able to:

  • Develop digital educational material (e.g. videos and manuals)
  • Organize classroom-style seminars
  • Conduct role-playing activities to develop interpersonal skills

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years of experience training adult learners (e.g. college teacher's assistant, support trainer, etc)
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Keynote or other presentation software
  • Familiarity with interactive learning activities
  • Ability to ensure new hires take on basic support training courses
  • Abilitiy to assess the impact of each educational course
  • Ability to maintain updated records of training curricula and material
