Job Summary
An online freelance marketplace is in need of a Remote Financial Systems and Transformation Senior Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering with Engineering and Analytics teams to build a scalable infrastructure
- Defining and executing a strategic vision for Finance systems & Transformation
- Ensuring a high functioning organization with an emphasis on expertise, accountability, and cross functional collaboration
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience running end-to-end implementation and/or upgrades of ERP systems
- 15+ years of relevant financial systems experience and strong overall finance operation knowledge
- Understanding of the most current financial systems best practices and controls needed to operate as a public company
- Experience architecting data flows between systems such as CRM, ERP, and other finance systems
- Excellent project management ability coupled with problem solving skills to overcome roadblocks
- Experience managing key vendor relationships including selecting software vendors and technology consultants
