Job Summary

A business services company has an open position for a Remote Financial Tax Software Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

• Help customers who are working on their tax return
• Assist with shopping and buying
• Triage, troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex problems

Qualifications Include:

• High school or GED required
• 1 year customer service or sales experience
• 18 years or older
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Ability to pass required drug screening
