Job Summary
A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Financial Team Leader.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Aligning team activities, strategies, responsibilities and objectives with the firm’s strategic direction
- Assisting with defining, measuring and meeting business requirements
- Providing functional testing capabilities, performance test APIs and provide infrastructure support
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 6-7+ years of hands-on leadership experience
- 6-7+ years of hands-on experience in software development and support of applications in Web environment
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology fundamentals
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
