Job Summary
A financial technology company has an open position for a Remote Financial Technology Account Consultant Associate in Jersey City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to technical and product inquiries as the first level of support
- Researching complex partner and internal inquiries using existing company resources
- Developing and/or maintaining relationships with Partners and potential Partners
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience with equities trading, clearing, settlement and money movement
- Comfortable talking about technology, both from a product feature and API perspective
- Minimum 3 years of Retail Brokerage experience
- Natural relationship builder to grow a Partner's lifetime value
- Entrepreneurial spirit and team-player who has a proven track record of excelling in fast-growing environments
