Job Summary

A financial technology and services company has an open position for a Remote Financial Technology and Services Copywriter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing the inbound copy queue, prioritizing and collaborating on a variety of requests
• Partnering with the design team to write UX copy for our Card mobile app that has over 1.5 million users
• Partnering with our Content Lead to craft long-form articles that respond to questions or experiences our members have

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience writing customer-facing communications, UX copy, or marketing copy
• You have a collaborative nature that lends to effective partnerships with stakeholders across the organization
• You can distill complex or technical information into pleasant and digestible copy
• You have excellent grasp of the English language, its grammatical foundations and its stylistic power
• You have a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and expand your skill
