Job Summary
A consumer and business credit reporting and marketing service provider is filling a position for a Remote Financial Technology Business Development Manager in Costa Mesa.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Recruiting and managing a team of Sales Development Representatives
- Supporting BDRs by call coaching and providing feedback on calls
- Partnering closely with marketing and sales leaders to optimize our end-to-end process
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4-7 years in a sales role
- 2-4 years of prior sales management experience
- Proficient in CRM & prospecting tools
- Deep understanding of prospecting, cold calling, objection handling and qualifying
- Proven experience in a sales management role or a comparable
- B2B sales experience
