Job Summary
An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Financial Technology Client Excellence Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Direct and manage Client Excellence initiatives
- Direct and manage the various Client Excellence business information efforts
- Work with leaders at all levels to integrate analytics
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Demonstrated background building and managing across functional, BU and geographic silos
- Strong team and leadership skills
- Experience driving client & product innovation with Financial Services, Technology or consulting
- 10-15 years of working in complex organizations
- Deep understanding of technology
- Demonstrated record of initiative, problem solving, and adaptability
